Today we will walk through how to place a call on hold and then resume that call.
While on a call, press the option at the bottom of the screen to place the call on hold. The caller will automatically be placed on hold and hear hold music.
To resume the call, simply press the same button that now says resume, and the call will be taken off from hold.
