Our Process—A Simple Start

SIGNING — The first step to switching to your new phone system is to sign up! Contact us to get a customized quote.
PORTING — The next step is to move your phone numbers to the new system. We call this process ‘porting’ and it typically takes about two weeks.
MAPPING — Next we get to map out how you want your new system to work. During this process, we will review different aspects of your system to ensure that all of your needs are being met.
PROGRAMMING — Following the system map meeting, we will order equipment and program and test your new system to ensure that it is ready for installation.
INSTALLING — The final step is to install your new system. Our team will provide complete installation and training to make sure your system is working properly.
