Welcome to the VorTech Communications Affiliate Program! Below are the rules and guidelines you must follow to participate. These ensure a fair and transparent relationship between affiliates and our company.

Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You cannot earn commissions by signing up for services through your own affiliate link.
  • No coupon or promo code websites. We do not partner with affiliates who operate discount, cashback, or coupon-sharing websites.
  • No consumer product or NSFW websites. VorTech Communications is a B2B company and does not partner with websites that focus on consumer products (apparel, home goods, etc.) or websites containing adult, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • No deceptive practices. Any attempt to game the system, such as posting fake discounts or misleading promotions, will result in immediate termination.
  • No direct paid advertising on branded terms. Affiliates may not run search engine ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), Facebook Ads, or any other paid advertisements using our brand name, trademarks, or domain names.
  • No impersonation. You may not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or representative of VorTech Communications.
  • Fair and ethical marketing only. Any misleading or unethical marketing practices that result in customer complaints will lead to termination.
  • Affiliate credit exceptions. In some cases, we can give credit to an affiliate even if the customer didn’t sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. If you have a case like this, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Commissions & Payment

  • Commission Eligibility: Commissions are paid only for active customers (customers who have not terminated service) and are subject to verification.
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are processed on the 1st of each month, provided that at least 30 days have passed since the referred customer signed up.
  • Payment Method: Payments are made by check, and it is the affiliate’s responsibility to provide a valid mailing address.
  • Unpaid & Forfeited Commissions: Commissions earned through fraudulent or non-compliant activities will not be paid.

Policy Changes & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates are responsible for keeping up to date with changes.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion if any rules are violated. Any unpaid commissions for violations will be forfeited.
