While on an active call, place the caller on hold, then press the button labeled New Call
Press or dial the extension you plan to transfer to.
Once you’ve finished talking to the receiving party and they are ready to accept the transfer, follow these steps to complete the transfer
press the transfer button,
press the down arrow to select the call on hold,
Then press the OK button.
The transfer will then be completed.
