Today we will walk through the options when receiving a call, as well as how to transfer a call.
When a call comes in, you will have the options to answer, silence, or reject the call. To answer the call, you can simply pick up the handset.
The options at the bottom of your screen will now show as transfer, hold, conference, and more options.
To transfer a call, press transfer, and the name of the person you wish to transfer to, and the call will automatically be transferred.
